Badge collection
Monday, 8 December – 15:00 – 19:00
We strongly encourage you to collect your badge on Monday to avoid queues and ensure smooth entry.
Collect your badge at Gate 5 (or at Gate 4 for VIP ticket holders).
Tuesday 9th December 2025 – Registration opens at 8.00 am
Wednesday 10th December 2025 – Registration opens at 8.00 am
Please bring your e-ticket and a valid photo ID with you.
All attendees must be seated at the Main Stage by 08:45 for the opening at 09:00. If you have not collected your badge in advance, please arrive by 07:30 to allow time for registration, security checks and navigating the venue. If you have already collected your badge, plan to arrive no later than 08:00.
Badges cannot be printed until your ticket registration is fully completed. To ensure your badge is ready: Open your ticket confirmation and click ‘View/Edit Ticket’ and complete all the mandatory fields. If you purchased multiple tickets, assign each one to the correct attendee’s email address and ensure they complete these details too.
